I was in Paris a week ago and my daughter was in one of the Pharmacies and we were looking at a moisturizer that we normally get from Avene that my dermatologist recommended. Since we were in Paris, we thought we could by it cheaper. The sales clerk trying to speak English said, "you have oily skin" you need Cleanance. Being a skeptic I did not buy it, since my dermatologist had given me Trixera. Plus the tube was little and about the same price as my large tube. Later when we returned to the US my daughter who bought it said, that the Anti-shine really took away the shine on her face all day. I then looked to see where I could find this product in the US and found it on Amzon and ordered that day. Today the product finally arrived, I washed my face with the Trixera soap free gel, then applied the anti-shine regulating lotion, and then applied my MAC cream make-up. Normally within 2 hrs I have a shinny face and have to apply powder to control the shine. Then reapply the powder through out the day. When I got home this evening from work at 7PM my face was Matte and I couldn't believe that after all these years I finally found something that worked. I would recommend this product to anyone who has oily skin. I will use this product for the rest of my life and hope that they never stop selling this in the US. My trip to Paris last week, was well worth the trip to discover this wonderful anti-shine lotion. The next thing that I am going to research is to see if they have a sun screen lotion that is not greesy.

This stuff is great! Got one for myself and my daughter, we both have oily skin and Avene anti shine took care of that oily look all day, even when we both wore make up over it. That's a big deal because we have tried other things that basically dry your face up and eventually stop the efficiency after a few weeks. We've been using it for a month now and there is no redness, no burning, I'm sticking with AVENE Products from now on, you should too, you will not regret it, and I'm an Avon lady so I do know a bit about good and not so good products, this one is PERFECT!
